Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for accounts that have remained completely unused and inactive, and must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Once an account has been used in any way—such as placing a trade, opening the platform, or making internal transfers—the refund eligibility is voided.
Please Note:
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
If the payment was made using a credit card not registered in your name, the account will be disabled and the transaction refunded within the same 14-day window.
No exceptions will be made after the 14-day period or after account activity has occurred.
